1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these PRIVILEGE SELECT Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

PRIVILEGE SELECT Program
A premium access and benefits program providing structured advantages, preferential conditions and priority handling, subject to these PRIVILEGE SELECT Terms & Conditions.

Program Operator / Service Provider
Transport D’Luxe Paris, the legal entity responsible for the administration, operation and delivery of services under the PRIVILEGE SELECT program.

Access Holder (Cardholder)
The individual or legal entity enrolled in the PRIVILEGE SELECT program, owner of the selected Access Level and controller of the associated prepaid balance.

Beneficiary / Passenger
The individual who benefits from the transportation or related services, regardless of whether they are the Access Holder.

Access Level
The tier selected within the PRIVILEGE SELECT program (Gold Access, Platinum Access or Black Access), defining the level of priority, flexibility and personalization.

Access Credential
Any physical or digital identifier used to recognize an Access Holder within the PRIVILEGE ELITE program.
The Access Credential does not represent a payment instrument and does not grant independent contractual rights.

Prepaid Balance
A monetary amount credited in advance by the Access Holder and used for settlement of services provided under the program.

Preferential Bonus Credit
Shall mean a non-cash additional credit applied to the deposited balance, calculated based on the percentage allocated to each applicable package.

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

PRIVILEGE SELECT is designed to provide Access Holders with structured advantages, predictable costs and priority treatment.
The program:

• is not a financial product
• is not a discount card
• does not guarantee service availability

All services are subject to availability, operational constraints and these Terms & Conditions.

3. GENERAL BENEFITS

All PRIVILEGE SELECT Access Holders benefit, irrespective of Access Level, from the following:

• Preferential pricing compared to pay-as-you-go services
• Locked in tariffs established at the moment of enrollment
• Priority handling of reservation requests
• Multilingual professional chauffeurs
• Dedicated 24/7 support
• Concierge services included
• Automated prepaid balance management, including:
• automatic deduction after each reservation
• booking confirmations and balance notifications
• monthly balance summaries
• balance information available upon request

These benefits constitute the baseline standard of the PRIVILEGE SELECT program.

4. ACCESS LEVELS

The PRIVILEGE SELECT program includes:

• Gold Access – essential recognition and structured advantages
• Platinum Access – enhanced priority and increased flexibility
• Black Access – maximum priority, discretion and bespoke handling

Access Levels enhance general benefits but do not replace them. All Access Levels are subject to validation and availability.

5. ENROLLMENT, VALIDATION, AND VALIDITY

Enrollment is subject to validation by the Program Operator.
Transport D’Luxe Paris reserves the right to:

• accept or refuse enrollment
• request additional information
• assign or decline a requested Access Level

No contractual rights arise prior to confirmation.

Validity:
Each Access Level is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment.

Upon expiration:

• any unused prepaid balance is forfeited
• the Access Level becomes inactive
• all associated benefits cease automatically

6. PREPAID BALANCE AND PAYMENTS

All services are settled using the Prepaid Balance.

• Services are deducted automatically from the available balance
• The Access Holder is responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance
• Services may be refused if the available balance is insufficient

Unused balances are non refundable unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. ACCESS LEVEL UPGRADE

The Access Holder may upgrade to a higher Access Level under the following conditions:

• Gold Access → Platinum Access
After a minimum of 50% consumption of the initial Gold prepaid balance, and payment of the difference required to reach the Platinum threshold.
• Platinum Access → Black Access
After a minimum of 50% consumption of the initial Platinum prepaid balance, and payment of the difference required to reach the Black threshold.
• Gold Access → Black Access
After a minimum of 50% consumption of the Gold prepaid balance, and payment of the corresponding difference required to reach the Black threshold.
• Upon renewal, by directly acquiring a higher Access Level.

Any upgrade is subject to validation by the Program Operator.
Once upgraded, the new Access Level remains active until the associated prepaid balance is fully consumed, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

8. DOWNGRADE OR RENEWAL

Upon full consumption of the prepaid balance, the Access Holder may choose to:

• renew the program at the same Access Level
• renew at a lower Access Level
• upgrade to a higher Access Level, subject to validation

If no renewal is performed, the PRIVILEGE SELECT status becomes inactive, and all associated benefits and priority handling cease.

9. USE OF ACCESS BY THIRD PARTIES

The Access Level may be used by the Access Holder and/or by Beneficiaries designated by the Access Holder.

The Access Holder:

• may use the prepaid balance personally or for third parties;
• is not required to be a Beneficiary or Passenger;
• remains fully responsible for balance administration and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

The PRIVILEGE SELECT status is personal and non transferable as a status, even if benefits are used by designated third parties.

Beneficiaries and Passengers:

• benefit from the services and advantages of the active Access Level;
• do not acquire rights over the prepaid balance or the Access Level;
• may not claim independent contractual rights.
This structure enables use of the program in B2C, B2B and B2B2C contexts.

10. SERVICES EXCEEDING THE AVAILABLE PREPAID BALANCE

If the value of a service exceeds the available prepaid balance:

• the Access Holder may renew or upgrade the Access Level; or
• in the absence of renewal, the remaining amount must be settled in full prior to service execution.

The Program Operator reserves the right to suspend services until settlement.

11. LIMITATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Benefits apply exclusively during the validity period of the active Access Level.
Benefits depend on the Access Level active at the time of service.
Service provision is subject to operational availability at the time of booking.
In exceptional situations (special events, traffic disruptions, force majeure), the Program Operator may propose equivalent alternative solutions.
Abusive, fraudulent, or improper use may result in suspension or termination of access, without compensation.

12. AMENDMENTS

These PRIVILEGE SELECT Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
Transport D’Luxe Paris reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with prior notification to the Access Holder.
The applicable version is the one in force at the time services are used.

PRIVILEGE SELECT is an access and benefits program operated by Transport D’Luxe Paris.
It does not constitute a financial product, discount scheme, or guarantee of availability.
