This policy applies to all bookings with Transport d’Luxe Paris, including private transfers and hourly hire (“mise à disposition”). It is part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds are calculated from the time between your cancellation and the pick-up time in your booking:

• More than 72 hours before pick-up: 100% refund.
• Between 72 and 48 hours before pick-up: 90% refund.
• Between 48 and 24 hours before pick-up: 85% refund.
• Between 24 and 12 hours before pick-up: 50% refund.
• Less than 12 hours before pick-up, or no-show: no refund.

2. No-Show

If the passenger does not show up, 100% of the booking price is charged.

3. Changes to a Booking

• The pick-up time can be changed free of charge only if your request reaches us at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• For requests made less than 3 hours before pick-up, the time difference is charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate: E-Class €79/hour, V-Class €99/hour, S-Class €120/hour.

4. Journeys Stopped for Safety Reasons

If the chauffeur refuses or stops a journey for safety reasons, no refund is given.

5. How Refunds Are Paid

Eligible refunds are made using the payment method used for the booking, within a reasonable timeframe.
