- If you wish to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund if you cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled start of the journey. You can contact us to make the cancellation.
2. Cancellations After the Start of the Trip or Less than 3 Hours Notice
Once the journey has commenced or if the cancellation is made with less than 3 hours’ notice before the scheduled start of the journey, no refunds will be issued. This is because our drivers prepare and allocate their time to provide you with the best possible service.
3. Changes to Reservations
We understand that changes to your itinerary may be necessary. If you wish to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Changes are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
4. Refunds for Successful Cancellations
If you meet the cancellation requirements specified in this policy, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe using the same payment method used for the booking.
