What is PRIVILEGE SELECT?
PRIVILEGE SELECT is a structured access‑based mobility program operated by Transport d’Luxe Paris, designed for clients who require priority, predictability and premium service standards.
Rather than booking each service individually, Access Holders operate through a prepaid balance combined with defined privileges and priority handling.
How does the Access system work?
Each PRIVILEGE SELECT Access Level is based on a pre‑funded balance (deposit).
All services are deducted from this balance according to the predefined preferential conditions attached to the selected Access Level.
The balance provides:

- simplified administration
- immediate service confirmation
What represent "120% Service Commitment Guarantee"
In the unlikely event that a confirmed service commitment is not met for a specific booking, 120% of the affected service value will be credited back to the Access Holder’s account, reflecting our standards of accountability and trust.
What is Preferential Bonus Credit?
Preferential Bonus Credit is an additional, non-cash credit added to the deposited balance, calculated as a percentage according to the selected package and usable for eligible services.
Can the Access be transferred or resold?
No! Access ownership is non‑transferable and remains strictly linked to the original Access Holder, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
What is the difference between an Access Holder and a Passenger?
PRIVILEGE SELECT clearly separates:
Access Holder
The individual or entity that owns the Access, controls the balance and defines usage parameters.
Passenger
The individual who benefits from the transportation service, regardless of who owns the Access.
This structure allows the program to adapt seamlessly to personal, corporate or third‑party use cases.
Can the Access be used for multiple passengers?
Yes! An Access may be used for multiple passengers, as long as all services are booked and authorized by the Access Holder and covered by the available balance.
Are rates fixed?
Yes! Preferential rates are locked in at the moment of enrollment, ensuring protection against future price fluctuations for the duration of the Access validity.
What happens when the balance is insufficient?
If the available balance does not fully cover a requested service, the Access Holder will be notified and offered the option to:
- top up the balance, or
- adjust the reservation accordingly
No service is confirmed without sufficient balance coverage.
Is there an expiration date for the Access?
Access validity and balance usage terms are clearly defined at enrollment and governed by the PRIVILEGE SELECT Terms & Conditions.
Unused balances remain subject to the agreed contractual conditions.
How are reservations prioritized?
All PRIVILEGE SELECT reservations are handled with priority over non‑Access clients.
Higher Access Levels benefit from increased priority, faster response times and enhanced operational flexibility.
Is concierge support included?
Yes! All PRIVILEGE SELECT Access Holders benefit from dedicated concierge assistance, including itinerary coordination, scheduling support and complementary arrangements when required.
